Michele Mach, Assistant Chef

Michele started her culinary journey working as a private chef in 1982, creating a broad spectrum of contemporary cuisine. She has prepared everything from daily meals for clients throughout Chicago's fabled Gold Coast neighborhood to private parties all over the Chicago area.

Her culinary interest focuses on organic vegetarian, vegan and raw creations. Using ingredients from her own city garden is one of her favorite activities as well as opening the cupboard and creating scrumptious meals with next to nothing.

Michele also has a certification in Raw Culinary Arts. She prepares food for private parties while balancing her graphic design business Mach Art inc.
