Chef Tong will present a cooking demonstration featuring seasonal ingredients at Chicago Botanic Garden’s popular annual Garden Chef Series.

This cooking demonstration will take place on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 1:30 and 2:30pm in the
Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden, Chicago Botanic Garden, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL

The Garden Chef Series promotes the Garden’s message of growing and using seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs. Admission to the Chicago Botanic Garden and the Garden Chef Series is free.
