On Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at 4:30 p.m. at Clark and Berwyn in Chicago, the popular Chef Christopher Tong, of My Private Chef, will conduct a cooking demonstration using local seasonal ingredients from the market. Working with the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, Chef Tong is a proud sponsor of the Market as evidence of his devotion to using the freshest ingredients in his gourmet dishes.
