    The cooking demonstration will take place on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. at the Bloomingdale's Home & Furniture Store at Medinah Temple, 600 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago. Demo kitchen on 1.

    Chef Christopher Tong will present another one of his popular healthy cooking demonstrations at Gilda's Club Chicago. The meals are designed to inspire people living with cancer, to eat well, serve beautiful food and stay healthy.

    Chef Chris will prepare Spaghetti with Cauliflower, green Olives and Almonds.
    Cauliflower helps your body defend against cancers such as colon, breast, lung, and cervix.

    This cooking demonstration will take place on Tuesday, March 27 at 6pm. Gilda's Club, 537 N. Wells Street, Chicago.

    Chef Christopher Tong returns to Whole Foods with a trio of delicious chocolate delights to carry us over to spring. Join Chef Tong as he presents sumptuous, decadent, and mouthwatering recipes featuring chocolate. This cooking class is at the on-site classroom in Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago. It will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 12 noon. The cost is $20.00 per person.
