Our Executive Chef, Christopher Tong will make another appearance in the on-site classroom at the Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago. He will present a cooking demonstration featuring seasonal fresh ingredients. The demonstration will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at 12 noon. The cost is $10 per person.
