    Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland's most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick's Cooking Corner. This year, Chef Tong will prepare Grilled Lobster Tail with Aromatic Vegetables finished with a Vanilla Bean Sauce. This delicious dish will be included in the recipe book distributed during the demonstration. This cooking demonstration will take place on Friday, July 7, at 12:00 noon at the Dominick's Cooking Corner tent on Buckingham Fountain Plaza at the Taste of Chicago.

Chef Tong will prepare Fusilli Pasta Primavera with Smoked Salmon tossed with Arugula Pesto and toasted Pine Nuts. Michele Mach, whose culinary expertise focuses on vegetarian and organic creations, will join Chef Chris for this demonstration.
